Privacy Policy
This policy explains how King James Bible Fellowship handles information on kingjamesbiblefellowship.com and study.kingjamesbiblefellowship.com.
Information you choose to provide
Our contact, issue-report, and church-update forms may ask for a message, page or Scripture reference, source information, church-listing details, and optional contact information. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
Forms and spam protection
The main site and its forms are hosted by Duda. Form submissions may be stored in the Duda dashboard and delivered to the publisher's private form recipient. Forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam; Google may receive ordinary technical information needed to provide that service.
Hosting and security data
Duda hosts the main site. The study subdomain is served through Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process ordinary request and security data, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, timestamps, and referring page, to deliver and protect the sites. Cloudflare may set security cookies such as __cf_bm
and cf_clearance
, and Sites may set a visitor cookie needed for hosting.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions with the Fellowship website and improve its tools. Duda's site-cookie tracking is enabled. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information such as pages visited, referring pages, browser and device information, and interactions such as scrolling and link clicks. This information is sent to Google for analytics reporting. Essential hosting, security, form, and reCAPTCHA functions may also use cookies or similar technology. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
The Bible reader stores functional preferences in your browser, including display, reading, audio, and last-location choices. Saved custom presets remain in local storage until you clear them. A reference trail and one-time refresh markers may be kept in session storage, and the reader may cache same-origin files for reliability and offline use. These browser preferences are not used to create a Fellowship account.
ZIP searches and church directions
The pastor finder uses a locally served ZIP-coordinate file to estimate distance in your browser. A submitted ZIP is not sent to a separate ZIP lookup service or to churches. If you choose a directions link, your browser opens Google Maps and sends the selected church address to Google.
How information is used
- To review and act on questions, corrections, and church-listing updates.
- To respond when you provide optional contact information.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the sites and study tools.
- To preserve a correction record when needed to prevent a resolved error from returning.
External sources and links
The sites link to third-party church websites, Google Maps, Archive.org source images, and other reference material. Those services receive information when you choose to open their links and are governed by their own policies.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained according to the purpose of the submission and the controls provided by our hosting and form services. You can clear site cookies, local storage, session storage, and cached files through your browser. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the contact page and include enough detail to identify the submission.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the sites, services, or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
